Meet Our Pastors

Martin and Susan Saine have been married 25 years. Together they have four wonderful children; two boys, two girls, and six grandchildren.

Martin gave his heart to Christ at the age of nine. After a stint of running from the Lord during his teenage and early twenties, he returned to the Lord. He began ministering as a youth leader at Abundant Life Assembly, in Muskogee Oklahoma, from 1988-1990. In 1991. Martin moved to Riverside, California and married his wife Susan. Together they began attending Moreno Christian Church, in 1997, and over the years have served in various capacities in Children’s Ministry, Pioneer Club, Bible Study Fellowships, Fellowship Team, Worship Team, Elder, Passion Center for Children, Health Fairs and the Angel Food Ministry. For the past several years, Martin has served as relief preacher on Sunday mornings and as one of the rotating Teaching Team members who present the Word during Sunday morning services.

To equip the saints, make disciples, and reach the lost through the diligent teaching of God’s Word! "...but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits!" Daniel 11:32 b.

Tim was raised in a Christian family, grew up in the church and attended Valley Christian Academy.

He became a Christian when he was 13-years-old. He told his dad that he wanted to give his life to the Lord and that night he prayed to receive Christ. In 2011, Tim rededicated his life to Jesus and began serving at VCC. He says that, "It has been an amazing time of growth in the Lord."

In 2014, Tim joined the worship team as a sound engineer and bass player. In the fall of 2016, he became the Youth Pastor of Chain Reaction. He says that it has been an enormous blessing and a great privilege to be used to bring Christ to the youth of the church.

Jerry and Andie have five children and eleven grandchildren.

Jerry gave his life to the Lord in 1998. He began serving and studying the Word of God in 2003. He hosts a Friday night Bible study and is part of the Sunday morning teaching team. He has been an elder at VCC for many years and was an integral part of planning and serving at the Community Health Fair hosted by VCC.
