We believe that God is the One True and Living God Who is the Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three persons, father, Son and Holy Spirit.

You alone are the Lord;
You have made heaven,
The heaven of heavens,
with all their host,
The earth and everything on it,
The seas and all that is in them,
And You preserve them all.
The host of heaven worships You, (Nehemiah 9:6).

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that He died on the cross, a sacrifice for our sins, that He bodily rose from the dead, and ascended into Heaven, according to the Scriptures, where He sits at right hand of God as our our High Priest and Advocate.

I and My Father are one” (John 10:30).

And the angel answered and said to her,
“The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God” (Luke 1:35).

…that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures
(1 Corinthians 15:3-4).

So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God, (Mark 16:19).

Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin, (Hebrews 4:14-15).

Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person in the trinity. We hold that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to bring glory to Jesus Christ, to convict men of sin and regenerate and renew those who are have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit seals, sanctifies, guides, fills, comforts, instructs, empowers, equips, empowers, permanently indwells the believer, bestowing spiritual gifts for service to for Christ and the church.

However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you, (John 16:13-14).

But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit — the Father will send Him in My name — will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have told you” (John 14:26).

The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is without error. It is the complete revelation of God\’s will for the salvation of mankind and the absolute authority of all Christian faith.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work, (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

We believe that mankind was created by God—male and female—made in His likeness and image, free of sin, in order to bring glory to Himself and enjoy His fellowship forever.
Adam and Eve chose to disobey God and ate of the fruit in the Garden of Eden, resulting in sin, death, and ultimately eternal separation from God. Only through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross so that man could be forgiven from sin, can there be salvation. Through the Holy Spirit man is regenerated and salvation is given.

As it is written:
There is none righteous, no, not one;
There is none who understands;
There is none who seeks after God.
They have all turned aside;
They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one, (Romans 3:10-12).

Then the serpent said to the woman,
\’You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.\’

So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings, (Genesis 3:4-7).

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sin according to the Scriptures, taking our place as our substitutionary atonement. We believe that salvation is found in only Jesus Christ.

Jesus\’ death on the cross completely payed for our sins and fully satisfied the righteous wrath of God, so that when a person repents of their sin and puts their faith in Christ alone, that person is saved by grace alone. The one who believes becomes a new creation through the Holy Spirit, is declared righteous before God through the blood of His Son, and is adopted forever as a child of God.

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord, (Romans 8:37-39).

For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God,
(2 Corinthians 5:21).

We believe that when a person puts their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, they become part of the family of God and the Body of Christ, which is the one universal Church of which Jesus Christ is the Head.

As believers, the Bible tells us to gather together and devote time in prayer and worship, teaching of the Word, baptism and communion, fellowship and serving in one’s local church, utilizing the spiritual gifts and talents to make disciples throughout the world.

The church is to be united together in love, with the purpose of bringing glory to Jesus.

And He put all things under His feet and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all, (Ephesians 1:22-23).

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen, (Matthew 28:18-20).

We believe that Christian baptism is a public profession of faith and salvation in Christ and through baptism the person identifies with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.

We believe that the Lord’s Supper is to be celebrated together as the Body of Christ, in memory of Christ’s death and resurrection until He returns.

Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin, (Romans 6:3-6).

…and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, \’Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.\’ In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, \’This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me,\’ (1 Corinthians 11:24-25).

We believe that individually and as a church we are to go into all the world and preach the Gospel, making disciples of all nations.

We believe that all are called to participate in evangelism using the gifts that God has given each person to share His Good News.

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, (Acts 1:8).

We believe and look expectantly for the glorious return of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in His premillennial, personal and visible return, as He is our blessed Hope and the reason we live and move and have our being, serving faithfully until His appearing.

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words, (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved who will be raised to eternal joy, forever in the presence of God. We also believe in the bodily resurrection of the lost, those who have not believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they will be judged by Christ and experience eternal wrath in hell.

Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens, (Hebrews 7:25-26).

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation, (Hebrews 9:27-28).

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire, (Revelation 20:11-15).
